Glory to God in the Highest Coloring Page
As you know, I publish a new Scripture-based coloring page every Sunday, so for my Christmas in July series, I thought I’d post a Christmas-themed design: namely, my new Glory to God in the Highest Coloring Page.
This one comes from the gospel of Luke: The shepherds were in the fields, watching their flocks by night, when an angel of the Lord appeared to them, telling them the good news of Christ’s birth…
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,”Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men.”
Can you imagine what a scene that must have been? No wonder the shepherds wasted no time making their way to Bethlehem once the heavenly host had departed, so they could see with their own eyes the things the angels had made known unto them.
That is what Christmas is all about, but with all the commercialization that accompanies the season these days, keeping our focus on Christ at Christmas can be a challenge.

If you’d prefer a bound collection, check out Joy to the World, my devotional journal for advent.
This journal underscores the real reason Christians celebrate this season. The pages are packed with Scripture verses to ponder, beautiful vintage artwork to color, simple word studies to complete, Christmas carols to sing, and plenty of blank space for recalling memories, making lists, jotting down gift ideas, recording prayers, etc. It will help you purposefully center your thoughts on Christ throughout the Christmas season.
