Color-Your-Own Bible Bookmarks
My mailbox is full again! So I’ll be using Mondays to clear out some of the messages that have piled up and grant a few reader requests. Today’s request is for Bible Bookmarks you can color yourself. I answered Kristin privately months ago, but wanted to share these resources on the blog, in case others might want to use them.
Question: Do you have any Bible bookmarks to color?
Hi, Jennifer.
Have you ever created a colorable book mark? We are looking for something like this for VBS. Our theme this year is Noahs ark.
Also I was looking to see if you have any Easter tracts, and I haven’t been able to find them.
Thanks so much for all you do!
Kristin
Answer: Will these work for you?
Hi, Kristin.
So sorry for the slow response! I created a full set of colorable bookmarks last year, which you can download here: Free Printable Bookmarks for Book Lovers. But I think the following Color-Your-Own Bible Bookmarks would be more appropriate for VBS:
I also have a Noah’s Ark Coloring Page that would fit your Vacation Bible School theme. Click on the image below to download that one.
These verses remind us to examine our hearts and repent of our sins. The rainbow, originally intended as a sign of God’s promise to never destroy the world by flooding again, has since been co-opted as a symbol of pride. Of course, the Bible warns that “pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall,” so that just brings us back full circle.
As for the GOSPEL tracts, we’ve handed out copies of this Jelly Bean Prayer at Easter time in years past.
That being said, your simple request inspired me to create these Easter-themed tracts, as well. Thanks for the suggestion! I had fun designing these and hope you can use them.
More to Color
I hope you enjoy this week’s coloring page. If you like to color, then come back again next Sunday for a new one. To download any of the pages I’ve published in the past, simply follow this link: Free Christian Coloring Pages.
If you’d prefer a bound collection, check out my Color the Word series. I designed these richly detailed, Scripture-based coloring books with grown-ups in mind. But they can be enjoyed by all ages. They’re even available in Spanish!
For those who enjoy journaling as well as coloring, my devotional journals offer the best of both worlds. Now with twelve titles to choose from.

Thank you for the bookmarks. With your permission, I would like to hand them out to the children at a homeschool history fair.
God bless,
Michelle
Yes, I’d be happy for you to do that, Michelle.
