Too Deep for Words Coloring Page
This week’s free printable Too Deep for Words Coloring Page features Romans 8:26:
“In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.”
Isn’t that a powerful thought? The Bible commands us to pray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17) It tells us to “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.” (Philippians 4:6) Jesus teaches us how to pray (Matthew 6:9-13) and prays fervently Himself on our behalf. (John 17:20-21) Then, even when we are at a loss for words, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groanings that cannot be uttered. (Romans 6:26)
That short summary should give us a glimpse of just how important prayer is in the life of a believer. So… why not print a copy of today’s Bible verse and spend some time praying as you color it? The Spirit will back you up if you struggle with what to pray.
