Created for Good Works Coloring Page
This week’s coloring page features one of my favorite verses, Ephesians 2:10. It reads, “For we are God’s handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
We are flying home today from Seattle, having spent the past week on an Alaskan cruise, where we got to admire some of God’s handiwork up close. It was glorious!
We also got to do a little handiwork of our own, since the ship offered a variety of arts and craft lessons. We colored, did origami, and even learned to knit! There were also free lessons in water color, drawing, brush lettering, and more.
We’re coming home with the fruit of our labors, but most of the stuff isn’t good for much more than looking pretty.
Contrast that with God’s handiwork — you and me! — which He created to do GOOD WORKS. And He planned for us to do those good deeds, even before we were born.
Doesn’t that make you want to cooperate with His plan?
