The Ultimate Collection of Thanksgiving Printables
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. It is always good to be mindful of the many blessings God has bestowed upon us. And I’m glad our country sets aside a day dedicated to doing so. Over the years, I’ve published lots of resources that have a Thanksgiving theme. I thought this year would be a good time to gather all those free printables together. Hopefully, that will make them easier for readers to find. So here you go: It’s our Ultimate Collection of Thanksgiving Printables. Enjoy!

Favorite Recipes for Serving the Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast
I’d planned to link a lot of the recipes our family traditionally eats at Thanksgiving under this section. But then I realized, I’ve never posted most of them. I will do my best to remedy that before time to start cooking next November. In the meantime, here are the few I could find already on the site:
- Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad – Our kids are wild about this one. I mix it in a punchbowl and seldom have leftovers.
- Hominy Casserole – My mom didn’t make this one when I was growing up, but it has become a staple of our Thanksgiving feast in the years since I left home. We make a double batch to feed our big crew.
- Green Bean Casserole – This is the old standard recipe found on the back of the fried onion container. I’ve experimented in making that recipe a little more healthful. I’ll post a link here once I perfect the nutritious version. Ha!
- Homemade Cranberry Sauce – My daughter started making this sauce from whole, fresh cranberries and oranges several years ago. I don’t even care for the canned stuff, but her homemade sauce is delectable!
- Pink Stuff – This is the cherry and pecan salad my aunt always brought to Thanksgiving dinner at my grandparents’ house. But it tastes more like a dessert than a salad.
- Chocolate Delight – This was always my dad’s first choice.
- Texas Sheet Cake – My sister and son Samuel’s favorite.
- Pecan Pie Muffins – Feed your crew these muffins on a Thanksgiving morning. It will quell their cravings long enough for you to finish the turkey and dressing.
Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude (One of Our Ultimate Goals)
- We Find What We Look For – Do you see the glass half-full or half-empty? Whether you hunt for reasons to be happy or reasons to be miserable, you’ll likely find them.
- God Deserves our Gratitude – Are you rightly thanking Him for these 6 blessings?
- On Accepting “Unchangeables” – According to the Bible, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. When is the last time you thanked God for knitting you together precisely as He did?
- Be Thankful… and Give Thanks! – There is no such thing as unexpressed gratitude. If you never show appreciation, it doesn’t count.
That’s it for now. I’ll do my best to update this Ultimate Collection of Thanksgiving Printables as I add new resources. In the meantime, you’ll find our most recent additions here: Thanksgiving-themed Posts.
Keep Counting those Blessings
In the meantime, are you looking for a more personal way to infuse your heart with gratitude? Then check out my devotional journal, Count Your Blessings.
“Bless the LORD, O my soul,” the psalmist writes, “and forget none of His benefits.” That’s good advice for all of us. We should be mindful of the many ways in which God has blessed us. This journal is designed with that goal in mind.
Use its pages to remember the Lord’s mercies and be grateful for them, to count His blessings and name them one by one, to track His faithfulness to you through the past and, by doing so, to be encouraged to trust Him with the future.
Wonderful printables! And they’re free!! I work in the activity department of a nursing home. Many of our residents have some degree of cognitive decline. Always looking for something new to keep them engaged and entertained. They will love these Thanksgiving activities. God bless you!
