Christmas Conversation Starters
Our family had such a good time going through the discussion prompts for Thanksgiving I posted last month. And we’ve heard lots of similar comments from readers who used them. So I’m sharing a set of Christmas Conversation Starters today.
This set contains 24 holiday-themed questions, such as the following:
- Share a favorite Christmas memory.
- What’s your favorite Christmas carol? Sing the first verse of it.
- Tell about the most memorable Christmas gift you’ve received.
- If you could go anywhere in the world for Christmas, where would you go?
- What do you consider the most stressful part of the holiday season?
- What’s your earliest Christmas memory from childhood?
We print our Christmas conversation starters on colored card stock, cut them apart, and keep them in a jar on our dining table. That ensures they are always within easy reach at mealtime. But you could also use the questions as writing prompts or discussion starters when your driving or before bedtime. Enjoy!

Many thanks for the Christmas party games book! Members of our Bible study group are in our “golden years”, and several of your ideas will be part of our Christmas gathering.
God bless you and your family.
That makes me happy to think of you using my games at your golden year gathering! Hope you all have a splendid time, Mary!
I am sorry to bother. i cannot find the Christmas tracts and we are also we are looking for New Year tracts. I was going to see if you can point me in the right direction for these.
Thank you for all you do!
Thanks for asking, Kristin! You can find the tracts you’re looking for by following these links:
– Christmas tracts
– New Year’s tracts
– Gospel tracts for other occasions
That last link includes tracts for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. And if I add any new tracts in the future, I’ll list them on this page, as well.
