Long about mid-January every year I start hearing from readers requesting copies of my calendars for the following year. And this year is no exception. Which means requests for 2025 calendars have been piling up in my inbox for a couple of weeks already. Here’s a small sampling:

2025 Calendars for Advanced Planning

Scroll down to download and print whichever calendar style best suits your needs. We have several to choose from:

Year-at-a-Glance Calendars

I originally designed this calendar for my husband, who uses it to keep track of his on-call days at work. But it makes a great 1-page habit tracker to help you maintain a success streak on goals and New Year’s resolutions alike. This year, I’ve made my 2025 Year-at-Glance Calendar available in two different color schemes. Click on the image or button below to download them all in a single click.

Scrapbooking Calendar

This one is my personal favorite. I post a copy of my scrapbook calendar on our family bulletin board to keep track of all our various family vacations, appointments, game nights, etc. Also, several of my kids and grandkids use this version as their personal calendar.

I also use my scrapbooking calendar as a micro-journal, writing one or two sentences in each day’s square as a reminder of what we did all year. Once it’s completely filled out, I make enough color copies to glue into each of my children’s scrapbooks.

For the artistically inclined, I offer a color-your-own version of this calendar as well. This makes a great craft for children (and a great gift for them to give parents or grandparents):

Color-Your-Ow Scrapbook Calendar

Monthly Calendar Pages

Next, I have a traditional, one-month-per-page 2025 calendar option featuring nice big squares, large enough to keep track of all your appointments, vacation days, and other plans.

Academic Calendar

And last but not least, I have a 2024-25 academic calendar. These are available with either a July or August start date. To download, just click the print button for whichever option you prefer.

No matter which style calendar best suits your need, I do hope you’ll download your favorites and enjoy using them! And for more family enjoyment, check out my post on Making Every Month More Memorable, or invest in a copy of my Family Fun Bundle.

  1. Greetings from a hot and sunny Singapore! I chanced across your calendar in 2020 and I have been using your calendar since! You have the best calendar because of the space in each box, it is PERFECT, I can put down simple notes in it. Time flies and the new year 2025 is coming, I am happy you have it ready in your website! I appreciate you setting all these up and thank you for sharing them! God bless!

    1. You are so welcome, Katherina. Your sweet thank you note brought a smile to my face this morning. I’m so happy to know my resources are being used in Singapore!

  2. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the calendars you post yearly. I have been using them for the past few years and they have become a fixture on our fridge-helping the kids and me stay on top of our bustling schedule. Everyone love them! Thanks for keeping us organized and stylish!

  3. Thank you for sharing your work for free! My second graders colored the scrapbooking calendar pages and made it into a family calendar as a gift for their parents at Christmas last year. It was such a huge hit with the students and their families that I’d love to do it again this year. I don’t see it in the coloring pages version. Will you be offering that for the 2025 scrapbooking calendar?

    1. I totally forgot to scan my drawings in before I colored them this year, but I like your idea of using it as a gift so much that I went back and redrew everything so your second graders will be able to do that for their parents again this Christmas. You’ll find the download button for this above now, or can grab the black-line calendars right here. And I even added a cover to make the gift extra-special!

  4. Thank you for your calendar printables. I had some problems with the November 2025 monthly calendar page. Everything else worked fine. The color choices are nice, and I appreciate the calm layouts. I’ll be back for more!

    1. I’m glad you like the calendar, Anne. What kind of problem did you have with November? Is there some kind of typo I need to correct?

  5. I use this calendar every year to help me plan my homeschool. Thank you for always being here when I stop by for the next one!

  6. These calendars are absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much.
I wondered whether you have a copy of the 2025 Scrapbook Calendar as a black and white version?

    1. No, I forgot to scan it before I colored it in, Kathryn. I’m sorry about that. I’ll try to remember to do that next time.

  7. Perfect! The Year-At-A-Glance is exactly what I was looking for! We are newly retired and traveling frequently. I needed an annual, single page calendar to pencil in our upcoming trips so I don’t have to keep scrolling through twelve months on my phone, and so my husband has a place he can refer to. I don’t mind purchasing items, but for me the bonus is that I could print directly from the website and didn’t have to figure out the whole download process. This made my day! Thank you 🙂

  8. Hello!

I LOVE using your calendars in my Kindergarten classroom. Will your 2024 calendars be available soon?

    Thank you so much!
    Kris

  9. Hi,
Your calendars look great. I am not very computer savvy. Once I download the calendar am I able to add my own events on the computer or do I need to handwrite them?
    Thank You
    Kathy

    1. Sorry, Kathy, but you’ll have to handwrite everything for now. I may eventually try to make editable calendars, but I don’t have any yet.

    1. Sorry about that. It shouldn’t be. I’ll add a link on the main calendar page ASAP so others won’t have as difficult a time locating it as you did. 😊

  10. Jennifer, thank you so much for the very functional “Year at a Glance” printable calendar. It is so hard to find this one-page format with the little boxes for each day, rather than just numbers. So useful to place a small sticker or make a little mark for important dates; even a small word with a fine-tip pen. I like how each quarter of the year has its own color to further organize my planning for the year – my husband likes to make sure he schedules a little of his vacation time each quarter. I do use a regular bound planner for all our weekly and daily details, but this is a view that I like to have separately for the big picture. Thank you again for creating and sharing these thoughtful calendars!

    1. You have my husband to thank for the design, Amy. I formatted it according to his specifications when he couldn’t find exactly what he was looking for on the Internet, either. And I’ve been making and sharing them ever since. I’m so glad you’ve found them helpful. Hope you have a blessed new year!

  11. I just want to say Thank you for being so intentional about creating a calendar for so many of us every year. I have been printing from your page for at least 3 years now. It’s the best calendar that allows me to track my workout days in the blank spaces and it’s just so appreciated and my favorite.

  12. Your calendars are awesome. Thank you for sharing. I found the year-at-a-glance calendar last year and used it all year long. I’m so thankful that you now also offer the 2023 one. Your scrapbook calendars are beautiful and I’m thankful you offer them even if I don’t personally use them. Of course, after coming to your site to download the calendar, I find myself looking throughout your site. Thank you for all you do!

  13. Thank you again for the 2023 scrapbook calendar already available. I LOVE IT. I used to the 2022 calendar as well. Have a great day!

  14. Hello,
I absolutely love the 2022-2023 school year calendar. Only one I have seen online like it.
Is it possible that the calendar can be editable?
The size is perfect. I just need to be able to add a letter A, B or C in the square.

    1. I’m so sorry, Sharla. I know there is probably a way to do that, but I just don’t have time to figure it out right now. I’m putting it on my to-do list, though, in case I ever get around to making more of my printables editable.

      1. Hi Sharla, if you open in the free pdf software, adobe reader, select “Fill & Sign” on right side, then you can add whatever text or even some symbols, then resave the calendar. Thank you Jennifer for these incredibly useful calendars which I’ve been using for so many years now.

        1. Thanks for that tip, Derek. I know Sharla isn’t the only one who’d like to do that! (And you’re welcome for the calendars. I’m glad you’ve found them helpful!)

  15. I cannot thank you enough for this amazing free resource. I’ve been looking for something just like it. This will make planning our school year so much easier!!🥰

  16. I just want to thank you for making my school planning a little easier. I have used your year at a glance several times and I always am so thankful. I just wanted to send a thank you note.
    Blessings
    Jennifer

    1. No, Amanda. I’m sorry, but the days of the week aren’t labeled, and I think making a Mon-Sun version would create unnecessary confusion.

However, as long as neither is a leap year, you can use the calendar from the previous year and change the label at the top to have a year-at-a-glance calendar with a Monday start.

For example, January 2 falls on Sunday in 2022 but on Monday in 2023, so you could print the 2022 calendar next year and change the title to 2023, and — viola! — you have exactly what you’re looking for. Or relabel 2021 as 2022 to do the same thing for the current year. Hope that helps!

  17. I discovered your scrapbooking calendars a couple years back. THANK YOU for the fun! I have started using them for my families appointments and notes. I can edit them in PDF and it helps me INCREDIBLY!! May God continue to bless you, protect you and draw you closer to Him!!!

    1. I’m so happy to hear that you’re enjoying them, Lei. Thank you for the prayer of blessing. May God bless and keep you as well!

  18. I just spent so much time searching for a simple year at a glance calendar. This is EXACTLY what I needed. So happy to find your site. You now have a very happy new fan. 😆

    1. I’m glad you’re glad, Kelly! It’s always nice to know my printables are being used — especially with such enthusiasm.❤️

  19. oooh I was so excited to also find your 2023 Scrapbook calendars. I will actually use them because they are so adorable!!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!

  20. Just found your blog by searching for a 22-23 printable school-year calendar to help me plan. I appreciate this so much! Thank you!

  21. Your academic calendars are so helpful! I use the July-June versions for homeschooling. They help me keep track of our attendance, which is a requirement in our state. I really appreciate that you make and share them. Thank you!!

  22. I love your printable 2023 scrapbook calendars, but I would also like to have printable 2022 scrapbook calendars.
