Here are a few more photos from our trip to Branson last week. These were taken at the Sight & Sound Theater where we saw a superb stage production of The Miracle of Christmas. 🎄 After taking so many road trips over the years with a van packed full of kids and luggage, it seems so strange to be traveling with just the youngest of our twelve children plus my own dear mother in tow. But the rest of the kids are all busy with college classes or jobs or families of their own now. 📚 So we are savoring this season of travel with the bookends of our big happy family, marveling over how grown up and mature Abby is getting and how youthful and spry Nana still seems, even at age 87. 🎂 After this play was over and we found ourselves stuck behind a very slow-moving line of seniors making zero progress towards the ground-level exit, Nana wowed us all by jumping over a row of seats to get out of the theater faster through the upper-level doors. 🚪 #flandersfamilytravels #threegenerations #bransonmissouri @sightandsoundtheatres

One of the things we traditionally do on vacation is work a jigsaw puzzle — usually one we find at a local thrift store. #cheapfun On our most recent trip, we worked two.
